Made Just for You, With Care

At Cloudberry Dreams, each personalized storybook is made especially for your little one. Because our books are custom-created with your selected details, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Personalized Products

All personalized books are final sale because they are made specifically for each customer. Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order, including the child’s name, character selection, and any other custom information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your happiness matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or another appropriate solution if the issue is confirmed.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered in cases where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error and a replacement is not suitable. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because personalized books may enter production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is submitted. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before production begins.
