At Cloudberry Dreams, every personalized storybook is made with care and created especially for your little one. Because each book is custom-made, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Order Processing & Production
Once your order is placed, it will be reviewed and prepared for production. Personalized products may enter production shortly after purchase, so please make sure all personalization details and shipping information are correct before completing checkout.
Production times may vary depending on order volume, but we always work hard to prepare your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout when available.
Please note that shipping estimates do not include production time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping option selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your order is shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Cloudberry Dreams is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Cloudberry Dreams is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and contact the shipping carrier for more information.

International Shipping
For international orders, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated at checkout.
